The Small and Medium Business Administration and the Small and Medium Business Corporation held "APEC Seminar on Innovation Capacity Building Based on Business Diagnosis" as part of the APEC SME Innovation Center Project on April 23, 2014 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The seminar was attended by around 100 participants including Vietnamese consultants and SME employers and employees.
